growth hormones

Hello,

What sort of craniofacial changes take place in response to human growth hormone therapy in adults? I've heard about many anecdotes (ie: "just look at Barry Bonds") concerning facial changes in response to human growth hormone therapy. I'm interested in any professional opinions about what kinds of changes take place in the adult male or female after taking HGH. Ie: neurocranium, viscerocranium, length width, mandible, etc.

In a related point, do growth hormones simply speed up / exagerrate the features our genetic code has laid out for us? Or can they actually modify our appearance from what we would expect?

Thank you very much
